Programme

After a delicious breakfast at Villa Athena, you will transfer to our charming Villa Athena Farm for an unforgettable day dedicated to extra virgin olive oil.

Activities:

1) 1) Walk among the olive trees;

2) Oil-themed menu:

- Starter: Classic bruschetta with olive pâté, a delicious introduction to Mediterranean flavours.

- First course: Pasta salad with olives, extra virgin olive oil, bruschetta tomatoes and cubes of vastedda del Belice, an iconic dish that celebrates simplicity and harmony of flavors.

- Second course (your choice): Steak or Fish with olive powder breadcrumbs and Sicilian salad, a combination of taste and authenticity.

- Dessert: Whipped Oil Muffin, a sweet conclusion that celebrates extra virgin olive oil in a surprising way.
