Programme:

After a delicious breakfast at Villa Athena, you will transfer to our charming Villa Athena Farm for an unforgettable day dedicated to pistachio.

Activity:

1) Pistachio Harvesting: You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the pistachio harvest, discovering the secrets of this ancient agricultural tradition.

2) Pistachio-themed menu:
- Starter: Bruschetta with crudo, honey and pistachio nuts, an explosion of flavours that combines the crunchiness with the natural sweetness of honey.

- First course (choice): Pasta or Risotto with pistachio pesto and guanciale or prawns, a combination of intense and harmonious flavours.

- Second course (your choice): Sea bass fillet in pistachio crust or meat rolls with green breadcrumbs in pistachio granules, a celebration of pistachio in every bite.

- Dessert: Crepes with pistachio cream, a sweet and enveloping finish that captures the essence of the pistachio.
