Programme

After a delicious breakfast at Villa Athena, you will transfer to our charming Villa Athena Farm for an unforgettable day dedicated to extra virgin olive oil.

Activities:

1) Olive Harvesting: You will be personally involved in the olive harvest, learning traditional techniques handed down from generation to generation.

2) Oil-themed menu:

- Starter: Classic bruschetta with olive pâté, a delicious introduction to Mediterranean flavours.

- First course: Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino, an iconic dish celebrating simplicity and harmony of flavours.

- Second course (your choice): Steak or Fish with olive powder breadcrumbs and Sicilian salad, a combination of taste and authenticity.

- Dessert: Whipped Oil Muffin, a sweet conclusion that celebrates extra virgin olive oil in a surprising way.
